Terms and Conditions

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your tour, as they outline the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved.

Booking and Payment:

• A deposit of $250 per person is required to secure your booking. $50 of the deposit is non-refundable.
• A second deposit is due December 20th. The amount varies based on your number of nights and room occupancy.
• The final balance is due January 10th. The amount varies based on your number of nights and room occupancy.
• Payment can be made via a secure payment link
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations made between the deposit and December 10th will incur a $50 penalty.
• Cancellations made after December 10th will incur a cancellation penalty of 100% of the amount paid.
• We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance that includes cancellation protection for Covered reasons.

Changes to Itinerary:

• The agency reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions and safety concerns.
• Any significant changes will be communicated to the group leader as soon as possible.

Travel Insurance:

• We strongly advise purchasing travel insurance.
• The policy we offer is $179 per person and must be purchased before December 5th.

Liability:

• The agency is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour unless caused by the agency's negligence.
• Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

Health and Safety:

• Participants are required to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour.
• The agency reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit for travel.

Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to the local laws and customs of the destination.
• Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in removal from the tour without refund.

Data Protection:

• Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used for the purpose of organizing the tour and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
