Hidden Gems of Puglia

Where is Puglia?

Puglia, located in the southeastern tip of Italy, is known for its distinctive heel shape on the Italian boot. Bordered by the Adriatic Sea to the east and the Ionian Sea to the southeast, it features beautiful coastlines, rolling hills, and charming villages.

Blue Door Beach

About 30 minutes south of Bari lays the small town, Monopoli. Here you will find the infamous blue door overlooking the Adriatic sea at the Cala Sottile beach club. The club has daybeds available for rent along with a gorgeous restaurant, making the perfect place to lounge all day.

Polignano a Mare

Another 13 minutes down the coast you will find the stunning town Polignano a mare. It's charming historic center features narrow streets and stunning Adriatic views. The town is known for its dramatic cliffs of the iconic Lama Monachile cove. Its perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or cliff jumping.   

Ostuni

Ostuni, the "White City" of Apulia, Italy, is famed for its whitewashed buildings and stunning Adriatic views. With its charming streets and rich history, it’s a delightful destination for exploring local culture and cuisine.

Grotta Palazzese

If you're craving local cuisine with an amazing view. Look no further then the famous Grotta Palazzese. The breathtaking restaurant located inside a cliffside cave with stunning ocean views. However we do recommend reserving a table in advanced because the ables do book up fast!

Alberobello

Alberobello is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The city is renowned for its white streets filled with unique trulli—stone huts and conical roofs. Alberobello is a perfect place to roam its charming streets and artisan shops.

Lido Ottangono

Lido Ottangono is a gorgeous rocky beach club in Savelletri. From sunbathing on the day beds to cliff jumping into the various coves, this beach makes the ultimate beach day!

Salento

Salento is a region located at the very bottom of Puglia. Known for its beautiful beaches its also home too historic towns like Lecce and Otranto.

Natural Swimming Hole

Nestled in the cliffs of Roca Vecchia is the stunning natural swimming hole, Grotta della Poesia. On the coast of the Adriatic Sea, the pool offers stunning views of the crystal clear turquoise waters

Locorotondo

Lastly is the charming hilltop town Locorotondo. It possess a stunning circular layout with whitewashed houses adorned with colorful flowers. Famous for its wine, particularly the crisp Locorotondo DOC, the town offers stunning views of the Valle d'Itria. With narrow streets, traditional architecture, and a lively atmosphere, it’s a delightful destination for visitors.
